The Permanent eyeliner involves using a tattooing technique to apply ink along the lash line to create the appearance of eyeliner. *All Microblading and Permanent makeup clients are required to sign a "Client Consultation and Medical Health Form" prior to service. The form will be provided at the appointment. *
